HOW IT WORKS
Who/what is the store for?
This store is for all Sprinklr employees and requires a sprinklr email address to use. There are three types of orders you can use the store for:
1. Business orders
2. Personal orders
3. Bulk/special request orders

Business orders
Any swag for a customer, prospect, event, or other crucial work need is a business order. Business orders will require additional information during checkout, and will be forwarded to a team of approvers before it is processed.
Personal orders
Any swag for yourself or a family/friend is a personal order. Personal orders will not require approval, and will not be eligible to submit for reimbursement.
Bulk/special request orders
The store only accepts orders of 10 or less of each item to prevent stock from running out. If you need more, you can place a bulk order here.
We also accept requests for items not seen in the store here. We have a full catalog of additional items you can browse, but we can design anything you’d like.
Note that you will need to meet minimum quantities and wait for production time on any bulk/special request orders. Brand new designs will also need to be approved by Marketing.
PAYMENT
Paying for business orders
You will select your department's budget for business orders, and this will be billed back to Sprinklr. Your manager will be required to approve business orders before they process.
Paying for personal orders
You will pay for personal orders on a personal credit card. You can not submit any of the order cost for reimbursement.
Paying for bulk/special request orders
Bulk/special request orders will be billed to your department's budget. Very large orders may require their own PO (purchase order); we will work with you on these details once you submit a request.
TIMELINE & SHIPPING
When will I get my order?
We recommend all orders in the U.S. are placed at least two weeks in advance of the desired delivery date, and all international orders are placed at least three weeks in advance of the desired delivery date. This is with standard ground shipping (most cost effective). U.S. orders may have the option for rush shipping during checkout at additional cost.
This does not include bulk/special request orders, which should be placed at least six weeks in advance.
We will provide estimates but can not guarantee shipping timelines once it is with the shipping carrier.

Business order timeline
These orders must be approved internally before being processed by the warehouse.
Approval time = ~2 business days
Processing time = ~2 business days
Shipping time = dependent on location & items - estimate will be provided during checkout
Personal order timeline
These orders do not need approval and will be sent to the warehouse for processing immediately.
Processing time = ~2 business days
Shipping time = dependent on location & items - estimate will be provided during checkout
Bulk/special request order timeline
These orders are not already in stock at a warehouse and need to be produced.
PO setup/approval = ~5 business days
Production time = ~2-3 weeks (more for special items)
Processing time = ~2 business days
Shipping time = dependent on location & items - estimate will be provided during checkout
I need my order sooner. Can I rush produce/ship?
If you do not see any shipping options that meet your order deadline, email sprinklr@canarymarketing.com to see if more options are available. Rush add-ons will cost additional money.
ADDITIONAL REQUESTS/QUESTIONS
How can I check on my order?
Important order updates including confirmation, approvals, and tracking numbers, will be shared with you via email. You can also check your order status under “My Account” on this site. For questions/issues with your order, email sprinklr@canarymarketing.com.
Can I change, cancel, or refund my order?
Email sprinklr@canarymarketing.com and reference your order # from original confirmation for any issues after you place your order.
How do I get a receipt for reimbursement?
Order confirmations will be emailed to you and can serve as your receipt.
I live outside of the U.S. and shipping is very expensive - is there a solution for this?
At the moment, all items are produced and stored at a warehouse in the U.S., which causes higher shipping rates and additional duties/taxes/fees for those of you outside of the U.S. We are exploring opening warehouses in other regions in the future to help provide more reasonable shipping rates.
The item I want is out of stock/low stock
As things are purchased, we do our best to produce and re-stock the store, but due to limited budgets and long production times, some items may be out of stock for periods of time. Even if an item is out of stock, you always have the ability to place a bulk order for that item, so long as you are willing to get the minimum quantity and wait for production. If not, we recommend choosing another item or waiting to order until the item is back in stock.

Can I order something I don’t see in the store?
Yes. In addition to what you see in the store, we have a whole catalog of approved items that can be ordered in bulk here. You are welcome to request a new or custom item not seen on this catalog, just fill out the special request form with details here. Note that brand new designs need to be approved by Marketing.
Can I have the order delivered directly to my customer?
Yes. Enter their contact and shipping address in the shipping fields. No prices or billing information will appear on the packing slip.
You can also add gift packaging to your order and the items will come in a designed box with a personalized note.
If you need to divide the order amongst multiple client addresses, please place a different order for each recipient.
